Haddon Classic 3

Reviews

It was a great place for a family reunion with lots to appeal to different age groups. The youngest loved having an area with football nets to kick his ball around and we all enjoyed the tennis!

The Darwin Forest Park was of such a high standard with excellent facilities.

We will stay at Darwin Forest again as it's great for families or just us. There are good walks. The play area is really good for children, the pool and spa are second to none and the place has such a lovely relaxing feel to it. Everything is reasonably priced from the shop to the hairdressers. Yes we highly recommend it.
Mr T, HULL, East Yorkshire

We will definitely be booking another holiday at Darwin Park. A beautiful setting, lovely, extremely well equipped lodge and all staff very pleasant and helpful. It was nice to see a wide range of age groups enjoying the facilities. Our only disappointment was we didn't book a longer break, we will next time!

We would like to recommend to others, especially the Spa facility which offered a very relaxing area where everything is kept clean and is carefully designed to offer privacy and a good open view of the pool area. The massage treatment I received was also very relaxing and professional. My husband found the gym area up-to-date and staff very helpful. Overall, the accommodation and additional facilities provided were of a very good standard and found the site to be in a fairly central area offering the Peak District, Alton Towers and large or small towns nearby.

This is a perfect site wooded and spacious with amenities for all tastes being as active or peaceful as you wish to make it. The lodges are well equipped with more than sufficient cooking utensils often spartan at other lodges. We have already recommended this park to our family and friends.
Mrs O, NEW MALDEN, Surrey

Very often when you look in the brochure and then arrive at the holiday location you wonder if the two are the same but Darwin Forest "did everything it said on the tin" and more and they are still improving the park. I would recommend this holiday to any of our friends and feel confident they would still be friends when they came back. In short, excellent!
Mr F, Middlesbrough, Cleveland

What a wondeful place to have a holiday - the lodge was very well equipped with everything you could possibly want/need. The site is very well maintained and all staff were friendly and helpful. We went with my 22 month old grand-daughter who loved the Little Monkeys and soft play areas. The Forresters pub was very welcoming and served excellent food. All in all we had a lovely week and I would recommend this site to anyone wanting a break in Derbyshire - there is plenty to do in the surrounding areas for all ages.

Darwin Forest Park is set in a beautiful location with so many local attractions to cater for all ages: beautiful walks and parks, theme parks close by, lovey holiday villages with river walks and great fish and chip cafes, cable car ride to the largest national park in europe and many more. The accommodatiion was excellent and we will certainly book another holiday here.

Excellent holiday - have no complaints whatsoever other than we didn't have enough time to do all we would have liked !! Have to return soon !!

This park was clean and very tidy. Our accommodation was to an excellent standard and the little extras available such as a hairdryer, alarm clock in the bedroom and dishtowels were fantastic. We recently used a different company for our holiday, but after going to this park we will be booking with Hoseasons again.
Ms M, Kirkliston

The park itself was beautiful, plenty to do. The lodges were great, we stayed a week, would have liked to stay longer and would definitely go back.
